This report identifies and analyzes a number of positive outcomes from Montana‘s SPF SIG project and the community-based environmental strategies and actions as a result of the Montana Community Change Project (MTCCP). Project outcomes analyzed in this evaluation are based on a variety of indicators and data sources which document a significant contribution from MTCCP to the problem of alcohol abuse in Montana.
